Florijn Quad Bike Day 2022

 

Florijn care organises a fully paid holiday for all services users annually, who wish to attend. For the past eight years, we have hired caravans at a local Holiday Resort, enabling service users either to sleep on site, or just go for the day and return home at night, reflecting individual risk assessments and stated preferences.

 

This has always proven a wonderful experience for service users who are fully supported by the committed staff team. Traditionally, we have eaten in the Club House twice  each week, used the swimming facilities and thoroughly enjoyed the organised entertainment every night.

 

These holidays have enabled us to risk assess each individual which has then resulted in some being able to enjoy holidays further afield, such as Centre Parcs, Disneyland (Paris) and even in Florida, either with staff or family.
