CQC Reports

Florijn Care really do understand and acknowledge that ‘people matter’ and has become a first choice provider of care for people with a learning disability, mental health problems and challenging behavior. Staff rigorously assess and plan the admission, care and discharge of each service user from day one, to enable them to have a clear care pathway which helps to create stability, motivation and skilled facilitation of personal objectives.

Florijn Care is committed to developing high quality services and positive change in the lives of its service users and aims to be a leader in promoting the voice of those with learning disability. Individually and collectively, we are active members of various associated forums, locally and nationally, and have a pragmatically open, transparent and collaborative approach with all stakeholders. We positively welcome constructive criticism and compliments alike and continually seek to modify and improve our services, accordingly.

With over 25 years of experience in the health & social care sectors, Florijn Care is able to demonstrate a track record of achieving positive outcomes for service users; many of whom have been enabled to maximise their potential and thrive as people living in the community, often exceeding their own expectations.
